Nancy has chosen for you three kinds of music, which will each give a rhythm to the sequences: Latin, African and Classical.
During each of the three sessions you will warm up, work your whole body and cool down with a period of stretching.
Nancy Marmorat, who graduated from the Irene Popard School, and now teaches dance, stretching and keep-fit exercises, has devised these fitness programmes for you to tone up your body by dancing.
