This Sufi album is a tribute to the great poet Hazrat Amir Khusrau, who is best remembered for his enormous literary output always centering round the magic feeling of love and surrender. His poetry is very much esoteric, yet the beauty of love vibrates through every single word in all its hues. The transformation of majazi (secular) into haqiqi (divine) love permeates Amir Khusrau?s works.In this album, Zila Khan pours out her soul in the rendition of all the songs.
