Jashn-e-Qawwali
Qawwali is the devotional music of the Chishti Sufis. Originally performed mianly at Sufi shrines, it has also gained mainstream popularity. Qawwali music listeners and often artistes themselves, while performing are transported to a trance-like state where they feel at one with God, generally considered to be the height of spiritual ecstasy in Sufism. 'Jashn-e-Qawwali' celebrates the greatest qawwali legends such as Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Jafar Hussain Khan Badauni & Warsi Brothers who have contributed in re-vitalising this unique religious singing.
