| Jazmin is a band (students of the legendary Pandit Ravi Shankar) from Southern California in the United States of America. The performances in their self titled album are very enchanting and range across several Western music styles including jazz, blues, rock & roll, soul and hip-hop.The music on the album is a beautiful blend of western Jazz and Indian classical. The band includes six members: Carlee Strauss and Norah Blumberg on lead vocals, Seth Blumberg on electric guitar and backing vocals, Leo Dombecki on saxophone and keyboard, Kevin Cooper on electric bass guitar and backing vocals, and Jesse Charnow on the drum set. |
