User Agreement
Being allowed access to www.music-today.com ("the site") for Music
Today, you enter into the Music-Today.com user agreement on the
terms and conditions set out below. This Agreement is for an indefinite
term. Subject to the terms contained herein, either party can terminate
this agreement for any reason provided that such termination shall
be conditional upon, including but not limited to, discharge of
all contractual and statutory obligations.

between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and
supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings
or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
